And another three people also complain something because they are leaded by the first person. So dealing with the troublemaker is first step because he can influence other three people. Then the other four people only doing what they are told and care about nothing, how to motivate them to work as a group is important. So from these situations, how to manage or motivate these different characteristics and make them work as a group should be take into account. In the story, Linda says that the former supervisor semiretired on the job and let the employees do what they want, didn’t concern about accuracy on work made the employees more and more lazy, and the work become sloppy.
