上海高压阀门集团人性化管理研究 第二学士学位毕业论文 姓 名 蔡栋梁 专 业 工商管理 指导教师 徐镝 摘要 随着市场经济的快速发展和企业改革的不断深化,先进的企业管理日益成为企业发展的动力和竞争制胜的法宝。 所谓人性化管理,就是一种在整个企业管理过程中充分注意人性要素,以充分开掘人的潜能为己任的管理模式。至于其具体内容,可以包含很多要素,如对人的尊重,充分的物质激励和精神激励,给人提供各种成长与发展机会注重企业与个人的双赢战略,制订员工的生涯规划等等。 文章分析了上海高压阀门集团人性化管理方面的现状,指出了目前在企业人性化管理中存在的误区,进而对有中国特色的企业人性化管理的实现路径进行了浅入分析。在中国,只有把企业人性化管理与科学管理、民族化、社会制度、管理创新的有机结合,才是实现有中国特色的企业人性化管理的根本路径。 关键词:企业 人性化管理 研究 Abstract With the rapid development of market economy and the deepening of enterprise reform, advanced enterprise management is increasingly becoming the driving force of enterprise development and competition winning magic weapon.
