RP-IHPLC 测定木通药材中皂普类成分的含量

摘要: 目的 建立木通药材中2 种皂普类成分同时用HPLC测定的方法。方法 采用Phenomenex Luna C,$(4.6 mmx250 mm,5 pm)
柱,以甲醇一乙睛一水一磷酸(20:20:60:0. 1) 为流动相,流速1.0 mL - min- ,检测波长为203 rim,柱温35 `C 。结果 saponin 马,和mutong-
saponin C 分别在0.25 - 4.0 pg,0.21- 3.4 pg 内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为98. 11%和101. 19% 。对3 个基源( 三叶、
五叶、白木通) 的木通药材共30 个样品进行了含量测定,并比较了两者在原植物根、茎、叶、果实( 共 10 个样品) 中的分布。结论 白
木通和三叶木通中均含有2 种被测成分,五叶木通大部分样品未检出。

ABSTRACT ;OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of saponin 马, and mutongsaponin C in Caulis akebi-
ae. ME THODS The samples were separated at 35 ℃ using a Phenomenex Luna C,8 column with methanol-acetonitrile-water-phosphoric
acid (20:20:60:0. 1) as mobile phase. Flowrate was at 1.0 mL ·min 一’and the detection wavelength was at 203 , RESULTS The cali-
bration curves of saponin P and mutongsaponin C were linear over the ranges of 0.25 一4.0 pg, 0.21一3.4 pg and the average recoveries
were 98. 1% and 101. 2% ,respectively. Forty crude materials rf om the root ,stem ,leaf and fur it , collected fro m diff erent areas , were deter-
mined. CONCLUSION Saponin P, and mutongsaponin C can be regarded as
