HPLC-ELSD 测定心可舒胶囊中三七皂苷 R 、人参皂苷 Rg1 的含量

摘要:目的 建立心可舒胶囊中三七皂苷 R 、人参皂苷Rg1 的含量测定方法。方法 以COSMOSIL 5C -PAQ Packed

Column(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 m) 为色谱柱,以乙腈-水(27 ∶73)为流动相,流速为1 mL·min ,ELSD 为检测器,漂移管温
度:41 ℃;雾化器(氮气)压力:350 kPa。结果 三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1 的线性范围分别为0.123 2~6.16 ,0.327 2~16.36
μg ,r 值分别为0.999 9 ,0.999 7 ;回收率分别为98.7% ,99.2% ,RSD 分别为2.72 %,1.54%。结论 该方法简便,准确,
灵敏度高,重复性好,可作为心可舒胶囊的含量测定方法。

ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To determine the content of notoginsenoside R , ginsenoside Rg1 in Xinkeshu capsule.

METHODS The notoginsenoside R 1, ginsenoside Rg1 in Xinkeshu capsule were separated on a COSMOSIL 5C18-PAQ
Packed column(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 m). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(27 ∶73) at the flow rate of 1 mL·min1. The
analytes were detected using ELSD. The drift tube temperature was 41 ℃, and gas press was 350 kPa. RESULTS The
responses of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1 were linear in the ranges of 0.123 26.16 μg and 0.327 216.36 μg,
