摘要
由于现代化工业的飞速发展,普通机床已越来越不能满足现代加工工艺及提高劳动生产率的要求,取而代之的是数控机床。如今在我国数控机床已得到越来越广泛的应用。数控机床具有刚度、抗震性、热变形小、无间隙、低摩擦、高速下运行平稳、定位精度高、跟踪性好等一系列特点。现代的CAD/CAM、FMS、CIMS、敏捷制造和智能制造技术,都是建立在数控技术之上的。掌握现代数控技术知识是现代机械类专业学生必不可少的。
本次设计介绍了数控加工的特点、加工工艺分析及零件程序的一般步骤。详细介绍了数控加工工艺的分析方法。在设计中应用Auto CAD进行绘图设计并用数控仿真软件进行仿真。大大提高生产效率。
本设计还介绍数控加工技术概述、数控加工的切削基础、数控加工工艺设计及数控加工工艺文件、数控加工的工具系统、数控加工夹具、零件的数控加工工艺、数控车削。

Abstract
Because of the rapid development of modern industry, more and more general already cannot satisfy the tools of modern processing technology and improve labor productivity, instead of NC machine tools. Nowadays in China has been CNC more widely. CNC machine has the stiffness and extent, thermal deformation of small, no clearance, low friction, smooth operation, high speed, high precision and so on a series of features good tracking. Modern CAD/CAM, FMS, CIMS, agile manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing technology, are built in the numerical control technology. Mastering modern CNC technology knowledge is modern mechanical majors.
This design is introduced NC machining features are introduced, the processing and analysis of general steps program parts. Introduced the analysis method of NC machining process. In the design of Auto CAD application for graphic design and numerical simulation software simulation. Greatly improve the production efficiency.
