2009 年第8 卷第2 期（总第107 期） 91 荨财经论坛荩 中小企业财务风险的分析与防范 曹伟忠 （昆明福利制绳有限责任公司，云南昆明 650000） 摘 要：随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善和社会主义市场经济的蓬勃发展，中小企业对国民经济发展的贡献率日益提 高，在社会经济发展中具有显著的地位和作用。但是，中小企业在发展中会面临着种种风险，其中财务风险的控制对企业经营起着关键 性作用，但是，中小企业存在资本实力不足、抗风险能力较弱的普遍现象。因此，加强对中小企业财务风险的理论研究，并把有关研究成 果应用于中小企业财务风险防范的实践指导，对中小企业全面提高经营管理水平，创造安全稳定的生产经营环境，全面、经济和有效地 防范财务风险，加速资金周转，实现资金的安全性、完整性和盈利性等具有重要的现实意义。 关键词：中小企业；财务风险；分析；防范 Abstract:With China ’s socialist market economic system continuously improved and the socialist market economy booming, the economic development of SMEs to increasing the contribution rate, in social and economic development has significant status and role. However, SMEs will face in the development of the various risks and financial risks which the control of the business plays a key role, but the existence of SMEs lack of capital strength, weak anti-risk ability of a common phenomenon. Therefore, the strengthening of the financial risk for SMEs on the theory and application of research results related to SME financial risk prevention practice guidance for SMEs and comprehensively enhance the management level, create a safe and stable production and operation environment, a comprehensive, effective and economic to guard against financial risk, and accelerate capital turnover, to achieve financial security, integrity and profitability, and other important practical significance.
