摘要 :采用两步气相法制备 了A1CI3/A1MCM。41催化剂,在浆态鼓泡床反应器 中考察 了其催化萘和丙烯烷基化反应性能,并通
过粉末X射线衍射 、N2吸附一脱附、吸 附吡啶红外光谱及化学分析等方法,表征 了载体的物化性质及催化剂表面酸性.结果表 明,
在萘与丙烯的烷基化反应 中,具有与2,6一二异丙基萘 (2,6一DIPN)分子动力学尺寸相匹配的孔道和适当的[一O—A1C12】担载量是提
高AIC13/A1一MCM.41催化剂活性和选择性 的关键,其 中以较大孔径的A1C13/HA/I—MCM一41催化剂活性最高,在0.1MPa,85。C反
应5h时,萘转化率达82.1%,2,6一DIPN在DIPN中的摩尔含量达 32.2%.
