精品论文 参考文献 异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼应用于单肺通气麻醉临床分析 梁正 　　（四川省内江市第二人民医院 四川 内江 641100） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼应用于单肺通气麻醉的麻醉效果。方法：选取我院自2013年5月～2014年5月间收治的68例接受外科手术患者的临床资料作为研究对象，随机将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组各34例，观察组患者接受异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼静脉全麻治疗，对照组采用瑞芬太尼与异氟烷静吸复合麻醉，观察两组患者在进行手术过程的麻醉效果。结果：在手术中，观察组患者在手术中舒适平稳，术后能够较快清醒，未出现恶心呕吐等不良反应，与对照组患者比较，数据差异具有统计学意义，Plt;0.05；同时，在手术过程中，观察组患者的血压、心率、呼吸以及血氧饱和度等指标值明显优于对照组，数据对比差异具有统计学意义，Plt;0.05。结论：采用异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼应用于单肺通气麻醉，麻醉效果显著，值得在临床手术中和推广应用。 　　【关键词】 异丙酚；瑞芬太尼；单肺通气；麻醉 　　【中图分类号】R614 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）05-0038-02 　　Clinical analysis of single lung ventilation used propofol anesthesia compound fentanyl Liang Zheng. 　　The Second Peoples Hospital of Neijiang City, Sichuan, Neijiang 641100, China 　　【Abstract】Objective Discusses the application of composite rui fentanyl propofol in the anesthesia effect of single lung ventilation anesthesia.
