BOTTOMLINEAcupunctureisassociatedwithimprovedpainoutcomescomparedwith
sham-acupunctureandno-acupuncturecontrol,withresponseratesofapproximately30%
fornoacupuncture,42.5%forshamacupuncture,and50%foracupuncture.
