毕业设计 课 题 名 称 年产6万PVC精馏工段工艺初步设计 及高沸塔设计 学 生 姓 名 蔡 兰 琼 学 号 0940902059 系、年级专业 生物与化学工程系2009级化学工程与工艺 指 导 教 师 胡 建 明 职 称 讲 师 2013年 5 月 18日 年产6万PVC精馏工段工艺初步设计 及高沸塔设计 蔡 兰 琼 (邵阳学院生物与化学工程系2009级化学工程与工艺专业) 指导老师:胡建明 摘 要 本次毕业设计课题为年产6万吨PVC精馏工段工艺初步设计及高沸塔设计。本次设计主要完成了PVC精馏工段工艺的选择和优化,用A2图纸绘制了带控制点的PVC精馏工段工艺流程图;对PVC精馏工段进行了物料衡算和热量衡算,列出了相应的物料衡算表和热量衡算表;对高沸塔进行了设备结构选型,并作出了详细的工艺及设备设计计算,采用A2图纸绘制了高沸塔设备装配图。 本次设计采用电石乙炔法制取氯乙烯。此法是以电石为原料,电石水解生产乙炔,氯碱生产中产生的氯气和氢气直接合成法合成氯化氢,由乙炔和氯化氢经净化后在转化器中合成粗氯乙烯单体,粗氯乙烯单体经精馏后得到精氯乙烯单体,精氯乙烯单体经悬浮聚合得到PVC。 关键词:PVC合成;粗氯乙烯精馏;物料衡算;热量衡算;设备选型 The Design of Annual Production Capacity of 60,000 Tons of PVC distillation process and high-boiling tower design Cailanqiong (2009 Chemical Engineering and Technology,Department of Biology and Engineering ,Shaoyang University) Tutor: Hu Jin Ming Summary The topic for the annual graduation PVC distillation process 60 thousand tons Preliminary Design and high-boiling tower design.
