学号X X X X 学 院 毕业设计(论文) ( 2008 届) 题 目: 某 表 面 处 理 车 间 废 水 处 理 工 艺 设 计 学 生: 陈 君 香 学院(系):环境与安全工程学院 专 业 班 级: 给水041 指导教师: X X X 专业技术职务: 讲 师 校外指导老师: X X X 专业技术职务: 项目监理 XXXX学院学士学位论文 第 PAGE 6 页 共 34 页 XXXX学院学士学位论文 摘 要:近年来,处理重金属废水的中小型污水厂越来越多。如何搞好中、小型污水处理厂,特别是小型污水厂,是近几年许多专家和工程技术人员比较关注的问题。根据我国国情,我国中小城市迫切需要高效、低耗、简便、二次污染少的重金属污水处理工艺。 本方案采用化学沉淀工艺对某表面处理车间高浓度含铬废水进行处理,它的原理是由化学反应使废水中呈溶解状态的重金属转变为不溶于水的重金属化合物,再经过过滤和分离使沉淀物从水溶液中去除。该工艺通过对格栅、调节池、反应池、斜板沉淀池、中间水池、砂滤器、清水池等构筑物的工艺计算以完成污水厂的设计,将六价铬离子的浓度降低99%。本设计包括设计参数、处理工艺的选择、处理构筑物的设计、污水处理站的平面设计和高程设计、工艺投资估算等。 关键词:含铬废水 斜板沉淀池 污泥浓缩池 砂滤器 污水厂设计 Abstract:In recent years, small or medium-sized sewage plants of heavy metal compounds waster water are becoming more and more. Many more experts and engineering and technical personnel lately concerned about the issue that how to do a good job in the small sewage treatment plants, especially small sewage plant.According to the condition of our country, high efficiency and low energy cost wastewater treatment technological processes of heavy metal compounds waster water are needed greatly in medium and small cities.The programme used chemical precipitation process on the surface of a workshop dealing with high concentrations of chromium-containing waste water treatment, it is the principle by the chemical reaction that was dissolved in wastewater into a state of heavy metals do not dissolve in water of heavy metal compounds, and then filtered and separation so that precipitation Were removed from the solution.
