花青素抗肿瘤作用机制研究进展

摘要：花青素是一类广泛存在于植物中的水溶性色素，属于黄酮类化合物，具有保肝，抗肿瘤等多种药理活性。
花青素的抗肿瘤机制主要有：抗突变，抗氧化，抗炎，诱导转化，调节信号转导通路抑制肿瘤细胞增殖，诱导细胞
周期阻滞，促进肿瘤细胞凋亡，诱导自噬，抗肿瘤侵袭及转移，逆转肿瘤细胞耐药性及增加对化疗的敏感性等。本
文就花青素抗肿瘤分子机制的最新研究进展进行综述。
关键词：花青素；抗肿瘤；信号传导；分子靶点
