2. 带制动器的电磁联轴节回转机构
(1)说明(见图84)
回转运动由两套回转机构来保证,每套机构的组成为:
鼠笼电机(1)按预定方向以稳定速度转动。(1500转/分)
带制动器的电磁联轴节(2),用于调节速度。
行星减速器(3)与回转大齿圈啮合的主动齿轮(4)。
一个或两个制动器(5)安装在带制动器的电磁联轴节上。
直流测速电机(6),用于检测速度。
回转限位器(7)。

2. SLEWING MECHANISM OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COUPLING WITH THE BRAKE
(1)DESCRIPTION (Fig84)
The slewing motion is ensured by two mechanisms, either made up of:
Squirrel cage motor(1), slewing stability on predict direction. (1500r/min)
The electromagnetic coupling with brake (2), adjusting the turning speed.
The planet reduction gear (3)
Drive gear of gearing with slewing gear (4).
One or two brakes (5), located on the electromagnetic coupling with brake.
Direct current tachometer dynamo, checking the turning speed.
A slewing limiter (7).
(2)工作原理(见图85)
电机(1)通过皮带(2)驱动电磁联轴节枢轴转动、其上的涡流离合器感应线圈(3)一经供电,便产生一磁场带动钟形壳体(4)旋转,钟形壳体(4)与减速器(5)输入轴刚性联接。将运动传给与回转大齿圈(7)啮合的主动小齿轮(6)上。
拨动操纵杆,电磁制动器(8)的感应线圈通电,产生磁场,使钟形壳体(4)减速。
离合器感应线圈和制动器感应线圈产生的两个磁场相互作用,保证了钟形壳体处于一个稳定的速度。电子组件按照主控器人为预定的速度来校验电磁离合器和制动器的滑差。

(2)WORKING PRINCIPLE
The electrical engineering (1) drives the shaft of the electromagnetic coupling into slewing through the strap (2). When the vortex clutch inductive loop (3) is fed, engender magnetism field making the hull body (4) like clock running. The hull body (4) adjoins to decelerator (5) input axis rigidly, translating the motion to the drive gear (6) of gearing with slewing big gear (7).
Operate the control lever, the inductive loop of electromagnetic brake (8) is fed, then it engender magnetism field and decelerate the hull body (4). The inductive loop of electromagnetic clutch interact with the inductive loop of electromagnetic brake, it make the hull body like clock slewing in a stable speed.
