CJCM 中医临床研究 2013 年第 5 卷 第 16 期 -1- 复方丹参浓缩丸治疗胸痹 （冠心病心绞痛） 临床疗效观察 Clinical observation on treating thoracic obstruction (Coronary heart disease and angina pectoris) with compound Danshen pills 车彦忠1 2 1 1 1 王培育 陈洪英 郭水柱 周改敏 （1.河南省宛西制药股份有限公司，河南 南阳，473000；2.河南中医学院第三附属医院，河南 郑州，450000 ） 中图分类号：R541.1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1674-7860 （2013 ）16-0001-03 证型：BDG 【摘 要】 目的：观察复方丹参浓缩丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效，评价其用药的合理性和安全性。方法：选取符合条件的冠 心病心绞痛患者70 例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各35 例。治疗组用复方丹参浓缩丸，对照组用复方丹参片，疗程均为4 周， 于治疗前后分别做心绞痛症状改善、心电图疗效等的连续观察。结果：治疗组和对照组心绞痛症状改善的总有效率分别为91.43% 和80.00%。心电图疗效改善的总有效率分别为54.29%和51.43%。两组比较，心绞痛疗效治疗组优于对照组（P0.01 ），心电图疗 效两组接近（P0.05 ）。结论：复方丹参浓缩丸用于临床治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切，安全可靠。 【关键词】冠心病心绞痛；复方丹参浓缩丸；疗效观察 【Abstract 】Objective: Clinical observation on treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with compound Danshen pills, the rationality and safety evaluation of the medicine use. Methods: To select 70 patients with angina pectoris of eligible, patients were randomly divided into treated group and control group, each of 35 cases. The treated group was treated with compound Danshen pills, the control group was treated by compound Danshen tablets, for 4 courses, to continuous observation the angina pectoris symptom improvement, ECG efficacy before and after treatment. Results: Angina pectoris symptom improvement of the treated group and control group, respectively 91.43% and 80%. The total efficiency of the ECG efficacy to improve was 54.29% and 51.43% respectively. The control group was better than the treated group that of angina pectoris (P0.01), two groups were closed the electrocardiogram curative effect (P0.05).
