摘要 本试验以淮北电厂粉煤灰为样品,研究了粉煤灰对废水中Cr6+的处理效果。研究了不同的接触时间,不同质量的粉煤灰以及不同温度条件下粉煤灰对废水中铬离子的去除效果,试验结果表明粉煤灰在与废水中铬离子反应100分钟后,去除率变化微弱;粉煤灰对铬离子的吸附效果随着粉煤灰投加量的增加而增加;粉煤灰在 35℃条件下对含铬废水有非常好的去除效果。进一步探讨了粉煤灰去除Cr6+的机理,粉煤灰去除废水中的Cr6+ 主要是通过静电吸附、阳离子交换吸附和表面络合吸附作用。本试验的结论对粉煤灰的综合利用具有一定的参考价值。

Experimental study on fly ash treatment of waste water containing Chromium

Abstract Using the fly ash as sample, the essay studies the effect of fly ash on Cr6+ of waste water containing chromium. Studying the removal effect on waste water containing chromium from the fly ash under different contact time, different qualities of fly ash and different contact temperature, the result shows that after the one hundred minutes’ reaction between fly ash and waste water containing chromium, the effect of removal can’t obviously improve, while with the cast of fly ash being improved, the absorption effects of fly ash on Cr6+ of waste water containing chromium enhance. The fly ash has a high removal rate adsorption on the temperature of 35℃. The essay further studies the removal mechanism of fly ash on Cr6+ , which is mainly through its electrostatic adsorption, cation exchange adsorption and surface complexation adsorption. The conclusion of this essay have a certain reference value for the integrate using of fly ash.
