本田飞度电动助力转向系统设计
摘 要
电动助力转向系统 ( Electric Power Steering,简称EPS) 是在机械转向系统的基础上, 将最新的电力电子技术和高性能的电机控制技术应用于汽车转向系统。它根据作用在转向盘上的转矩信号和变速器输出轴上的车速传感器提供的车速信号, 通过电子控制装置使电机产生相应大小和方向的辅助力, 协助驾驶员进行转向操作, 并获得最佳转向特性的伺服系统。EPS能显著改善汽车动态性能和静态性能, 提高行驶中驾驶员的舒适性和安全性, 减少环境的污染。因此, 该系统一经提出,就受到许多大汽车公司的重视, 并进行开发和研究, 未来的转向系统中电动助力转向将成为转向系统主流。
本田飞度的电动助力转向(EPS)系统主要由扭矩传感器、车速传感器、电子控制单元、无刷直流电动机、电磁离合器和减速机构等部分组成。在相应的软件及控制算法的协助下,共同实现转向助力的功能。本文在明晰了EPS的组成和工作原理后,首先对本田飞度电动助力转向系统中的蜗轮蜗杆减速机构进行了设计计算和校核,然后又对该系统中的齿轮齿条进行了设计计算和校核。

The Fit Electric Power Steering System Design
Abstract
Electric Power Steering, based on mechanic steering system, applies the latest electric power and electronic techniques and high quality motor control skills in vehicle steering system. Electric Power Steering help drivers to operate in the light of torque signals on the steer and the speed signals provided by speed torque?signal on the out-put axel of change speed gear box help the generator produce corresponding power and direction aid through electronic control device. And at the same time receive the highest quality steering service EPS can improve the dynamic and steady state quality greatly, raising the level of the drivers’ comfort, safety and reducing the pollution to the environment. As the result, on the birth of the system, it is welcomed by many major auto companies and get further researched and developed. Electric power steering will become the leading kind in future power steering.
Fit electric power steering system is composed of torque sensor, the vehicle speed sensor, the electron controls the unit, not brushes parts and so on direct current motor, magnetic clutch and reduction gear. It will perform its power steering functions with the help of correspondent software and controlling program.
