中文内容摘要 销售作为一种计划及执行活动,其过程包括对一个产品,一项服务、或一种思想的开发制作、定价、促销和流通等活动,其目的是经由交换既交易的过程达到满足组织或个人的需求目标,而销售管理的目的就是为了在此基础上能够更好的管理,寻求更多的客户以便获取更大的利益!提高销售人员的技巧和工作思路,确保他们按质、按量完成各项计划任务。这既需要筛选到高素质的销售人员,又需要对他们进行必要的训练。确保销售目标的实现和安全回款,为此要对销售人员加以合理的激励和控制。确保企业的销售政策和策略得以严格执行,这有赖于规范的控制销售人员的工作过程。把持销售团队的相对稳定,并防止出现“明星控制”等不利情况,这要求企业对销售人员提供畅通的沟通渠道、并加强对销售人员的工作过程控制。 关键词: 过程控制; 标准化; 事前管理; Abstract Sales as a planning and implementation activities, the process includes a product, a service, or an idea of the development of production, pricing, promotion and distribution activities, its purpose is through the process of exchange both transactions to meet the organization and goals, sales management purpose is to then to be able to better management, to seek more customers to obtain greater benefits!
