Methods Norma human keratinocytes ( NHKs) and human derma f ibrob asts ( HDFs) w ere cu tured, PDG F peptides w ere measured by EL ISA and PDGF- B chain m RN A w as detected by Nor thern hybridization . Results T he resu ts show ed that NHK s constitutive y produced PDG F mo ecu es, phorbo 12- my ristate 13- acetate ( PM A) inhibited PDGF production, w hi e 1, 25- dihydrox yvitamin D3 enhanced its pro- duction. T NF- a pha, interf ero n-C and inter eukin- 1 a pha a f ai ed to affect PDGF pr oduction .
