毕业论文 （20_ _届） 机构投资者参与上市公司治理的作用分析 摘 要 机构投资者已经在国际资本市场中占据了重要的位置，对于上市公司的治理也产生了重要的影响。我国机构投资者发展的时间比较短，但是由于国家政策的导向，因此发展十分迅速，也已经成为我国资本市场上的重要力量，正逐步的参与上市公司的治理。但是我国资本市场还不够成熟，机构投资者在参与公司治理的方面还存在问题。如何充分发挥机构投资者在公司治理中的作用，和稳定调节市场经济显得尤为重要。 本文采用理论研究与分析相结合的方法关键词：Abstract Institutional investors in international capital market has played an important role in the governance of listed company, also produced a significant impact. Chinese institutional investors in development of time is short, But because the national policy guidance, Therefore is developing very rapidly, and also has become Chinas capital market in the important strength, is gradually the participation of the governance of listed companies. But Chinas capital market, institutional investors arent mature enough in participate in the company management, there are problems of. How to give full play to institutional investors in corporate governance, and the role of stable to regulate the market economy is particularly important. This paper uses theoretical research and case analysis, the method of combining the theory based on the research of Chinese institutional investors fully found in the existing problems and in corporate governance of listed company, to solve the role of Chinese institutional investors in participating in the governance of listed company can more good reflect its role has certain practical significance.
