In order to maintain the stability of the securities market, protecting the investors, creditors and stakeholder interests, it is necessary on the public company earnings quality of full system analysis. To deepen the understanding of listed company earnings quality, this paper introduces the concept of earnings quality and research actuality, and high earnings quality of listed company should have three characteristics, and then put forward the listed company earnings quality evaluation index system. Also, listed companies on Chinas earnings quality present situation and its reason is discussed, and put forward from multiple angles of feasible solution. In this article, therefore, to perfect enterprise governance structure of listed companies, improve the quality and have positive earnings research meaning and realistic significance.
