Second, from the theory, on the basis of analysis of the current situation on executive compensation. And then using empirical research methods, using the sample data of the two real estate companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen,on the relationship between executive compensation and the performance of the company to carry out empirical research, empirical analysis of Chinas real estate listing Corporation positively executive compensation and the performance of the company relevant conclusions, in view of this, put forward relevant suggestions helpful to our country real estate listing Corporation executive compensation incentives.
