摘 要
25家上市公司作为研究样本,从新浪网上获取公司2007、2008、2009三年完善高管薪酬激励机制关键词:上市公司;薪酬;Based on the value of executive compensation and corporate learning theories, combined with information of listed companies in Ningbo of data, listed companies as of 25 samples obtained from various companies on S 2007, 2008, 2009 publicly disclosed three years, the annual report, which selected financial data for 2009 empirical analysis using SPSS software, and found executive pay and related indicators reflect the enterprise value of between significant relevant relationships. Research proof, the listed company total assets scale and net profit margins are positively related with executive pay, total assets, the greater the size and net profit margins is relatively improve executive pay. The ratio of the largest shareholder and executive compensation is negatively correlated, indicating that the shareholders holding the largest proportion with the improvement of executive pay but will be reduced. According to the conclusions, by improving the executive pay incentives and enhance the corporate governance structure is reasonable suggestions.
