内容摘要
在经济新常态与经济全球化的背景下,中小企业之间的信息化竞争以及自身的局限性等,造成中小企业供应链难以信息化管理与企业采购管理成本居高不下,从而使企业的竞争力不够。
本文在广泛收集近年来中小企业采购管理相关资料的基础上,以A企业为例来展示当代中小企业应当如何就采购管理问题进行分析,得出中小企业应通过创新采购管理机制等采购关键问题,来节约成本与财政等方面的支付,在采购环境中应建立与完善信息管理系统来积极应对市场的波动等策略,以期为中小企业在市场竞争中提供一些有用的参考价值,最终实现中小企业现代化管理,减少采购的成本与质量,顺应经济全球化下企业对市场的把控,提高中小企业的竞争力。

Abstract
Under the background of economic new normal and economic globalization, the information competition among small and medium-sized enterprises and their own limitations make it difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises to manage their supply chain with information technology and high cost of enterprise procurement management, so that the competitiveness of enterprises is not enough.
Based on the extensive collection of purchasing management related data of small and medium-sized enterprises in recent years, this paper takes enterprise a as an example to show how the contemporary small and medium-sized enterprises should analyze the purchasing management problems, and concludes that small and medium-sized enterprises should save the cost and financial payment by innovating the purchasing management mechanism and other key purchasing problems, and establish and improve the information management system in the purchasing environment Actively respond to the market fluctuations and other strategies, in order to provide some useful reference value for SMEs in the market competition, and ultimately realize the modern management of SMEs, reduce the cost and quality of procurement, comply with the control of enterprises on the market under the economic globalization, and improve the competitiveness of SMEs.
