摘 要
我们的生活与机械已经密不可分它给我们的世界带来了各种方便,机械的进步又体现在数控机床等数控设备的进步。数控机床是信息集成,系统自动化的基础设备,它以软件控制取代复杂的机床内的传动链结构,可以实现多轴联动完成复杂表面的加工。数控机床具有良好的加工精度和加工一致性,能保证产品零部件的标准化、系列化,并使它们具有良好的互换性。
本论文主要是设计XK2140型五坐标加工中心上的Z轴及A轴传动结构,并使其达到一定的技术要求。具体设计内容如下:
一、XK2140型五坐标加工中心上的Z轴传动结构设计计算。
二、XK2140型五坐标加工中心上的A轴传动结构设计计算。
三、对XK2140型五坐标加工中心上的Z轴及A轴进行绘制装配图。
通过对XK2140型五坐标加工中心上的Z轴及A轴传动结构的设计,不仅可以帮助控制加工中心完成一些复杂的加工动作,而且对机床的精度的提高有很大的帮助。并由此解决数控机床传动系统上常见的一些问题。

Abstract
Almost all the manufactures in todays world are made by machine tool directly or indirectly, and the machine tool’s degree of modernization concentrates on the modern CNC machine tools. The CNC machine tools are the basic device for the information integration and system automation. It replaces the complex transmission chain link structure in the machine tools by software controlling, to complete the processing of complex surfaces, which greatly enhances the precision of the products and equipments, making the shape more beautiful and personalized expression. The CNC machine tools have a good processing precision and consistency, which ensure the standardization and serialization of product components, as well as the good interchangeability.
This paper focuses on the design of the transmission structure of the A-axis andthe Z-axis which are part of the XK2140-5-axis machining center, here are detailed data:
First. Structure calculating of XK2140-5-axis machining center in Z-axis.
Second. Structure calculating of XK2140-5-axis machining center in A-axis.
Third.Drawing graph and virtual configuring of XK2140-5-axis machining center in Z-axis and A-axis.
The design of the A-axis and Z-axis can not only help the processing center to complete some complex movements, but also have greatly affection on the precision of the machine tools. Also, this would solve some usual problems of transmissi
