摇篮式五轴联动加工中心结构设计
摘要
制造业技术是一个民族和国家的基石,五轴联动数控机床的水平既是一个民族和国家整体制造业技术水平的标志,也是目前解决叶轮、叶片和不规则曲面等各种复杂的曲面零部件加工问题的重要方法和手段,因此掌握了五轴联动数控机床自主研究开发技术,对于国家工业、国防、军工,乃至于国家安全有着十分重要的意义。
本次毕业设计主要设计一款摇篮式五轴联动加工中心,进行了该机床的作业空间分析,给出了各直线轴的导轨、丝杠的运动行程,基于典型的铣削工况条件,进行了电主轴、直线滚动导轨、滚珠丝杠、联轴器、伺服电机、力矩电机等的选型计算,然后确定了各进给系统内部的通用件还有标准件的尺寸和型号;采用solidworks绘制该机床结构的三维图和二维工程图;基于ANSYS建立了该机床的立柱床身结构的有限元分析模型,还分析了立柱床身的筋板结构布局方案,为该类机床的进一步开发奠定了基础。
