The environm ent configu ration, data defin ition and the access to im age elem en t of Op enCV are described. Op enCV ha s becom e an op en source comp uter vision software p ackage, wh ich ha s advanced m athem atical calcu lation function, im age p roce ssing function and comp uter vision function.
