Quality is the basis of the enterprise economic benefit, is also the tool which product occupy the market. In market economic operation, enterprise production management activities are all around to improve the economic benefit and efficiency, and final reflect in product quality improvement. Facing the customer demand actuation global market, customer satisfaction products dominate the market, with quality management idea must be based on sustainable development, to establish the enterprise quality management mode. In quality management, statistical process control used more widely. It makes the product quality by afterwards controls to prevention and reduce the production cost.
