论中国食品安全现状及未来发展战略 摘要 ：食品是人类生存和发展的最基本物质，人类在对食品永不满足需求的同时，也不断地促进和发展了食品的生产。当今，食品产业已经是在许多国家众多产业中占据重要地位的支柱产业。对于食品而言，安全性是最基本的要求，在食品的三要素中（安全、营养、食欲），安全是消费者选择食品的首要标准。近年来，在世界范围内不断出现了食品的安全事件，如英国“疯牛病”和“口蹄疫”事件、比利时“二噁英”事件，国内的苏丹红、吊白块、毒米、毒油、 孔雀石绿、瘦肉精、大头娃娃、三聚氰胺等事件，使得我国乃至全球的食品安全形势十分严峻。日益加剧的环境污染和频繁发生的食品安全事件给人类生命和健康带来了巨大的威胁，并已成为人们关注的热点问题。 关键词：食品安全 事件 人类 全球 物质? Abstract: Food is the most basic human survival and development of material, insatiable human demand for food, while also continue to promote and develop food production.
