3000m7d淀粉废水处理工艺设计 摘要 淀粉废水设计水质水量为3000m7d, COD为7000mg/L , BOA为5000 mg/L , SS 为 1500—5000 mg/L , NH厂N 为 25—35 mg/L, PII 值为 4—5,温度为 20—250 经处理后应达到下列出水水质:C0DW150mg/L, BOD^30 mg/L, SSW150mg/L, NH:-N W25mg/L, PH为6-9。达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中的二级标准。 木工程方案设计依据冇关环境保护在污水中的婆求,采用UASB-接触氧化工艺处理 淀粉废水。在详细方案比较的基础上,选择了如下工艺流程: 经设计 口J 知 j] cw=99. 2%, if kh)=99. 7%, r| ss=98. 8% 经技术经济分析,此方案投资总额为347. 29万元,TL节约用地、捉高绿化、降低 能耗的理念在设计屮得到充分的实践,符合新时代环保的要求。 关键词:淀粉废水,气浮,UASB,接触氧化 ABSTRACT tlie starch quality and quantity of water are: Q=3000m7d , COD=7000mg/L ,BOD=5000 mg/L ,PII=4?5 ,SS=1500?5000 mg/1 NII3-N=25?35 mg/L . After disposing of it, the quality of water should attain the following staixiards: COD150ing/L, BOD30 mg/L,SS150mg/L, NHj-N25?35 mgL , Achieving the nvo standard of (GB8978-1996) of the integrated was ter water disc liar gc standards. The design of this project is in accordance with requirements of the enviionmental protection in the waste water. It uses the flota t io n- U A S B- co ntac t oxidation process to deal with the waste water in starch. Based on comparison of the detailed program, \vc select the following processes: Starch waste water—Grids— Regulating pond —Flotation tank—?Adjusting seditnentation tank—UASB—Pcr-offcring sedimentation tank —Contact oxidation tank — Sccoixiary sedimentation tank Tlirough designing, we can know that the result of “ cod is 99.2%, bod is 99.7%r|ss is 98.8%.After technical and economic analyzing, the investment amount of this project is 3.47 million Yuan. It not only gains good economic and social benefits, but also fully puts the ideas of saving land economically, improving virescence a nd reducing energy consuming into the practice while designing, which is in conformity with new era cnvironmcntal needs?
