Keywords: Flight attendant service; Analysis of the status quo; The development of reality; Problems and countermeasures 引 言 1.1 空乘服务的特点和作用 空中飞行的不确定危险性，使得空中乘务员长期处在潜在的恐惧和不安全情绪中，同时被服务的乘客也带着敏感与不安的情绪。 乘务员驻外期间生活节奏的改变、饮食的不规律、睡眠质量差、飞行时差等因素均可使空中乘务员一直处于高度心理应激中，导致免疫功能下降，增加易感性。 基于这种特点，它要求空乘人员不仅要有得体的仪态、良好的身体及心理素质，还要有较强的语言表达能力、广博的天文地理知识。更要具备组织协调能力、应变能力、良好的合作精神。要求的是集理论知识、综合素质和实践能力于一体的高素质应用型人才。 有人说：微笑时通达世界各地的免费机票，略微夸张的话语形象的阐述了微笑的莫大能量。微笑能缩短人与人之间的距离，让人觉得亲近。
