本科毕业论文 中小企业人才现状的分析与对策研究 摘要 中小企业在我国的国民经济中具有重要的作用，而中小企业人才是中小企业技术进步的源泉，是企业创新的主体。在中小企业的生存与发展过程中,人才注定起了关键性的作用。但是目前中小企业却不同程度面临着吸引不到人才和留不住人才的局面。广大中小企业如何吸引人才、培训员工并最终留住人才便成为中小企业经营者都十分关心的问题。面对人才竞争日益激烈的经济社会，迫切需要对中小企业人才管理进行研究，建立中小企业人才吸引、培训和稳定系统。 本文在分析中中小企业人才管理理论及其现状的基础上，指出我国中小企业在选择、使用人才方面的诸多误区，通过中小企业在吸引人才方面的优势及劣势分析，建立了更为合理、更为规范的中小企业人才管理体系,并科学地提出了我国中小企业人才管理的构想。本文通过对中小企业的分析，根据中小企业的特点，比较系统和详细地提出了中小企业吸引人才、培训人才和稳定人才队伍的策略。 关键词: 中小企业 人才流失 人才吸引 人才培训 人才稳定 Abstract The middle Small Corporation plays important role in the national economy of our country, and the talent of middle and small businesses is the source of the technical advance of middle Small Corporation, is the main part of enterprise innovation.
