盾构机脱困施工技术研究

摘要:盾构法施工隧道中,在全断面硬岩地层中经常会发生卡盾现象,盾构不能顺利掘进,工期及施工成本将大大增加。结合福州
220 kV东台-盖山线路缆化工程电力盾构隧道施工案例,介绍卡盾的几种情况,分析卡盾原因,采取加装撕裂刀破岩、岩石热破碎及
人工破岩3种盾构脱困技术,成功实现盾构脱困,并制定防卡盾措施。通过施工实践,总结盾构机脱困施工技术。

Abstract:Intheconstructionoftunnelsusingshieldtunnelingmethod,thephenomenonofshieldjammingoften
occursinthefullsectionhardrockstrata,andtheshieldtunnelingcannotbesmoothlyexcavated,whichwill
greatlyincreasetheconstructionperiodandcost.Basedontheconstructioncaseofthepowershieldtunnelof
the220kVDongtaiGaishanLineCablingProjectinFuzhou,thisarticleintroducesseveralsituationsofshield
jammingandanalyzesthereasonsforshieldjamming.Threetypesofshieldtunnelingtechniques,including
installingatearingknifetobreakrocks,rockthermalcrushing,andmanualrockbreaking,wereadoptedto
successfullyachieveshieldtunnelinganddevelopantijammingmeasures.Throughconstructionpractice,the
constructiontechnologyofshieldtunnelingmachineforovercomingdifficultieshasbeensummarized.
