Wienzeile in Vienna, September 25th 2010: it is Saturday morning, very early, and as on every Saturday, Hans Hromatka, a Viennese-born entrepreneur, who has built up a successful business manufacturing plastic granules during the last 40 years, roams through the largest flea market of the Austrian capital. He is a collector and he is looking for pencils, antique pencils.
