摘 要
本文综述了苦杏仁苷的药理研究和提取方法,以及超临界萃取技术、反胶团萃取技术和超临界反胶团萃取技术的一般理论。总结归纳了能在超临界二氧化碳中形成稳定反胶团的表面活性剂、超临界二氧化碳反胶团的研究和表征方法、超临界二氧化碳反胶团的应用等方面的研究进展。
以苦杏仁为原料,经过灭酶、脱脂、萃取、重结晶,制备高纯苦杏仁苷。所得优化工艺条件为:70~80℃水浴中用石油醚提取3次所得的脱脂粕于80~90℃水浴中用无水乙醇回流提取3次,所得粗品用无水乙醇重结晶3次,得到苦杏仁苷产品的纯度接近100﹪,总收率17.5%。
设计和搭建了一套含一个体积可调高压萃取釜的增溶性实验装置,萃取釜的最小体积为40.28ml。在该套装置中,考察研究了苦杏仁苷在PFPE/Water/CO2体系中增溶性。实验发现苦杏仁苷的增溶值与反胶团的稳定时间、W0有关。实验中发现稳定时间越长,增溶值越大,W0=25、t=45℃时反胶团数目最多,增溶值相对较大。

Abstract
A review has been accomplished for pharmacology about amygdalin and method of extracting it and the theory on supercritical extraction techniques, reverse micelle techniques and reverse micelle in supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2). Surfactants soluble in SC-CO2, research methods and application technologies of reverse micelle in SCCO2 have also been summarized.
Amygdalin was attained by the procedures of enzyme destroy, degreasing, extraction and recrystallization.The optimized condition was got as follow: after degreasing by petroleum ether in 70~80℃ pool, Apricot-kernel was extracted by alcohol for three times and the crude Amygdalin was recystallized by alcohol for three times. Amygdalin to be products of close to 100% purity and the total retrieve rate is 17.5%.
A variable-volume high-pressure extracting cell apparatus has been designed and the smallest of high-pressure extracting cell’s is 40.28ml.This apparatus wsa built for measuring solubilization of amygdalin in PFPE/Water/CO2 system. According to the results, we found that the solubilization values increased with the increase of equilibrium time, w0 and the temperature of 45 centigrade in supercritical carbon dioxide. Experiments found that the more stable long time,the greater of the solubilization values, W0 = 25, t = 45℃amount of reverse micelles, solubilization relatively large values.
