Abstract ：When the information of hesitant fuzzy sets dynamically varies with time, the hesitant fuzzy soft sets are w extended to the time-series hesitant fuzzy soft sets through the introduction of the time parameter. Based on the concept of w time-series hesitant fuzzy soft sets, the fundamental operational rules are defined, the corresponding operation results are w analyzed and the properties are discussed. A decision method of time-series hesitant fuzzy sets is given, and it can be veri- fied the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method with a practical example.
