产业集群内中小企业融资研究 摘要：中小企业是我国经济社会的重要组成部分，为我国经济社会发展作出了巨大的贡献，然而与此相矛盾的是中小企业融资受限，中小企业融资问题成为了制约其发展的首要因素。本文从产业集群的视角，首先分析产业集群对中小企业融资效应，然后分析产业集群内中小企业融资现状与问题，提出强化政府导向作用，优化产业集群内中小企业融资环境；大力发展产业集群内中小企业供应链融资；发展基于金融市场和产业集群规模优势的集合债券融资；加快民营金融机构的发展，使得民营金融与产业集群协调发展的产业集群内中小企业融资对策。 产业集群；中小企业；融资 the Financing of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the Industry Cluster Abstract: Small and medium-sized enterprises is an important part of the economy and society for Chinas economic and social development, and has made great contributions to the conflicts with this, however, financing problems became the primary factors that restrict its development. First of all, this paper analysis the effect of financing smes of industrial cluster, and then analysis present situation and the problems of financing for small businesses. After analysis above all, Put forward countermeasures ,just like optimizating industrial cluster and small business financing environment , developing industrial clusters chain of financing for small businesses,developing a collection of industrial cluster bond financing scale advantage based on the financial markets, speeding up the development of private financial institutions.
