牡荆子化学成分研究 罗国良1 1 2 2 2 2* ，汪洋 ，李华强 ，舒志恒 ，秦路平 ，郑承剑 (1.浙江英特集团股份有限公司，杭州 310015 ；2.第二军医大 学药学院生药教研室，上海 200433)  摘要：目的 研究牡荆属植物牡荆 Vitex negundo L. var. cannabifolia 果实的化学成分。方法 采用反复硅胶柱层析、MCI 、 凝胶柱层析、制备液相色谱法及重结晶等方法，对牡荆子提取物进行分离纯化，根据波谱数据结合理化性质解析得到化 合物的结构。结果 从牡荆子果实80% 乙醇提取物中共分离鉴定22 个化合物，从牡荆子石油醚部位分离、鉴定5 个化合 物，从二氯甲烷部位分离、鉴定 17 个化合物。其中，9 个木脂素类化合物，3 个二萜类化合物，1 个三萜类化合物，6 个 黄酮类化合物，3 个酚酸类化合物。结论 4β-羟基泡桐素、和厚朴酚与无羁萜为首次从该植物中分离得到。5,7,2,5-四羟 基黄酮为首次从该属植物中分离得到。 关键词：牡荆子；4β-羟基泡桐素；和厚朴酚；5,7,2,5-四羟基黄酮；无羁萜 中图分类号：R284.1 文献标志码：B 文章编号：1007-7693(2017)06-0794-06 DOI: 10.13748/ki.issn1007-7693.2017.06.002 引用本文：罗国良, 汪洋, 李华强, 等. 牡荆子化学成分研究[J]. 中国现代应用药学, 2017, 34(6): 794-799. METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel, ODS, MCI, Sephadex LH-20 columns, RP-HPLC and recrystallization. The structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data analyses. RESULTS A total of 22 compounds were separated and identified from the 80% ethanol extract of Vitex negundo L. var. cannabifolia fruits, with 5 compounds from petroleum ether fraction and 17 compounds from dichloromethane fraction, including 9 lignans, 3 diterpenoids, 1 triterp
