年产3万吨甲醇合成工艺设计 湖南化工职业技术学院毕业设计(论文) PAGE 2 PAGE 3 年产3万吨甲醇合成工艺 【摘要】:甲醇是一种透明、无色、易燃、有毒的液体,略带酒精味。熔点-97.8度,沸点64.8度,闪点12.22度,自燃点47度,相对密度0.7915(20度/4度),爆炸极限下限6%,上限36.5%,能与水、乙醇、乙醚、苯、丙酮和大多数有机溶剂相混溶。作为及其重要的有机化工原料,是碳一化学工业的基础产品,在国民经济中占有重要地位。长期以来,甲醇都是被作为农药,医药,染料等行业的工业原料,但随着科技的进步与发展,甲醇将被应用于越来越多的领域。 本文主要以投资成本,生产成本,产品收率为依据,并用一系列计算和合成甲醇的原理与其他方法进行对比。选择中压法为本设计生产甲醇的工艺,用CO和H2在加热压力下,在催化剂作用下合成甲醇的生产工艺。 关键字:甲醇 中压法 成本 合成工艺 【Abstract】 Methanol is a kind of transparent, colorless, inflammable, poisonous liquid, slightly alcohol flavor. Melting point - 97.8 degrees, boiling point 64.8 degrees, flash point 12.22 degrees, spontaneous combustion point 47 degrees, relative density 0.7915 (20 degrees / 4 degrees), explosion limit floor 6%, cap yesterday, can with water, ethanol, ethyl ether, benzene, acetone and most organic solvents mixed to dissolve. As its important organic chemical raw materials, is a carbon based products, chemical industry in the national economy plays an important role. Long-term since, methanol were as pesticides, medicine, dyestuff industry industrial raw materials, but along with the technological progress and development, methanol will be used by more and more fields. This paper concentrates on the investment cost, the production cost, product yield as the basis, and a series of calculation and methanol synthesis theory and other methods are compared.
