年产180万吨煤制甲醇的工艺设计-毕业设计.docx

word文档 可编辑 word文档 可编辑 年产180万吨煤制甲醇的工艺设计 摘 要 以煤为原料生产甲醇的工艺过程包括空气分离、煤气化、一氧化碳变换、合成气净化、甲醇合成、甲醇精馏等工艺单元。 本文以年产180万吨煤制甲醇为目的进行设计,主要围绕原料气的制备、甲醇的合成以及粗甲醇的精馏几个工段。设计的主要内容是首先通过对各工艺流程各方法进行对比分析,确定本次设计采用的工艺流程,然后对主要工艺段进行物料衡算以及热量衡算,并对工艺中涉及的主要设备进行简单选型和对加压精馏塔进行了设计计算。同时绘制了物料流程图及设备装配图。 关键词 煤制甲醇,工艺流程,工艺计算 ABSTRACT The process for producing methanol talking coal as feedstock is composed of such units as air separation,coal gasification,CO-shift,syn-gas purification,methanol synthesis and methanol rectification. The purpose of this paper was to design for the yearly production of 1.8 million tons of methanol from coal, mainly focusing on the preparation of raw material gas, the synthesis of methanol and the fractionation of crude methanol. The main content of this design embraced the followings: first, the study of the comparative analysis of each process and method, determining the design process; then making material balance and heat balance of the main technological section, and making model selection of the main equipment involved in the process and making design calculation of pressurized column. At the same time, the flowchart of the material and the assembly diagram were drawn.
