基于云计算的网络答疑系统的设计摘 要 《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》(2010-2020年)明确指出:“信息技术对教育发展具有革命性影响,必须予以高度重视”。网上教学答疑是实现教学信息化的一个重要环节,传统的教学答疑方式具有时间、地点固定的特点,不方便、效率低。 而网上教学答疑系统克服了这些弊病,学生有问题可随时问,不受时间地点的限制。通过对目前网络上的教学答疑系统进行的分析,发现目前的网络答疑系统都存在不足,主要表现为:缺少通用性的答疑平台,地区间学校信息化差异较大,很多地区的学校没有自行搭建答疑平台的能力;答疑过程缺乏个性化和智能化性;答疑过程和成果的网络分享能力低。以Windows Azure云计算平台为系统载体,以paas云服务模式为系统服务架构,学校为答疑组织单元,教师和学生为需求角色,应用ASP.NET技术为开发手段,设计开发出基于云计算的网络答疑系统。系统提供非实时答疑、即时答疑和系统自动答疑三种答疑模式,其中以个性化信息推送和智能化系统自动答疑为特色,可以提高答疑系统的答疑效率。通过本系统的实现,可以为广大教育信息化不高的地区提供免费的通用答疑平台。学校只要通过注册申请和审核就可以搭建起由在线学生和教师组成的答疑环境,为师生课后的交流服务。同时学生也可以分享到系统中所有学校的答疑成果。为学生与学生之间、学生与教师之间、教师与教师之间、学校与学校之间搭建起教学交流的桥梁。关键词:云计算,网络答疑,ASP.NET,Windows Azure,自动答疑,个性化推送DESIGN OF NETWORK QUESTION ANSWERING SYSTEM BASED ON CLOUD COMPUTINGABSTRACT“National?Middle?and?Long-term?Educational?Reform?and Development?Plan (2010-2020)” clear point:“Information technology has a revolutionary impact on the development of education, and we must attach great importance to it”.
