I SHOW KTV基层员工流失问题研究 摘 要 随着社会经济不断增长,推动了服务行业的快速发展。KTV行业作为服务业的典型代表,也得到了空前的发展机遇,行业发展迅速。然而与KTV业迅速发展不匹配的是KTV业员工工作满意度低、员工流失现象严重,这些因素也频频制约着KTV行业健康快速发展。当今社会,企业竞争的根本在于人才的竞争,作为劳力密集型服务行业的KTV业更是如此。KTV管理者深刻的意识到KTV要想保持竞争力的根本在于留住人、用好人、提高员工的满意度,降低员工流失率。本文主要以I SHOW KTV为案例分析其基层员工的流失问题,为该KTV和相关行业的发展提供一定的借鉴。 关键词:KTV;基层员工;流失 Abstract With the continuous growth of social economy, the rapid development of the service industry. KTV industry as a typical representative of the service industry, has also been unprecedented opportunities for development. However, with the rapid development of the KTV industry, the low job satisfaction and the serious staff turnover of the KTV industry also restrict the healthy and rapid development of the KTV industry. The essence of enterprise competition lies in the competition of talents. The KTV industry, as a labor-intensive service industry, is even more so. KTV managers are deeply aware that the key to keeping KTV competitive lies in retaining people, using good people, and improving employees performance. This paper mainly takes I SHOW KTV as a case to analyze the problem of staff turnover at the grass-roots level, which provides some reference for the development of this KTV and related industries.
