Abstract:Withthecontinuousdevelopmentoftheconstructionindustryandtheincreasingnumberandscaleofconstructionprojects,

constructionsitemanagementisfacinghigherrequirements.Whetheritistherationalallocationofresources,scientificarrangementof

personnel,orprecisecontroloftheconstructionperiod,theyaredirectlyrelatedtothesmoothimplementationandfinalqualityofthe

project.Impropermanagementnotonlyleadstoprojectscheduledelays,butmayalsoposeserioussafetyhazards,whichhavea

significantimpactonthequalityandeconomicbenefitsoftheproject.Theimportanceofconstructionsitemanagementliesinits
