摘要

近年来,鉴于啤酒制造业企业规模的持续膨胀,该现象引发了啤酒生产过程中排放的废水中的有机物质含量、生化需氧量以及化学需氧量水平的显著上升。目前,全球范围内对于啤酒制造业排放废水处理技术的需求持续攀升,对高浓度啤酒生产过程中产生的工业废水处理技术的理论研究与实践探索正迅速展开。

本文设计任务为8000m3/d啤酒废水的处理,设计要求处理后的废水水质要满足:COD=2000mg/L、BOD=1200mgL、SS=500mg/L、pH=4-9。通过对目前废水处理工艺的分析,本文最终选择UASB和氧化沟联合工艺处理啤酒废水。通过设计计算,该工艺能够有效去除BOD、COD、SS、TN、TP等,出水指标达到《污水综合排的标准》GB8978-1996污染物最高允许排放的二级标准限值要求。本文对该工艺过程中涉及的关键设备对栅格、调压池、提升泵、UASB反应器、氧化沟、二沉池、集泥井、污泥浓缩池、污泥脱水室等进行了详细的设计计算。最后对设计工程进行了高程布置、平面布置和经济计算。

Abstract

Inrecentyears,duetothecontinuousexpansionofbeermanufacturingenterprises,thisphenomenonhasledtoasignificantincreaseintheorganicmattercontent,biochemicaloxygendemand,andchemicaloxygendemandlevelsinthewastewaterdischargedduringbeerproduction.Atpresent,thedemandforwastewatertreatmenttechnologyinthebeermanufacturingindustrycontinuestoriseglobally,andtheoreticalresearchandpracticalexplorationofindustrialwastewatertreatmenttechnologygeneratedintheproductionprocessofhighconcentrationbeerarerapidlyunfolding.
