Methods 60 cases of patients with acute coronary syndrome were selected and 30 cases of patients without coronary artery disease after coronary angiogram were selected as the control group， and the peripheral serum CD147 levels were measured by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method. Results The CD147 levels of patients with acute coronary syndrome were detected， and the patients were divided into the mild group （±） ug/L， moderate group （±） ug/L and severe group （±） ug/L according to the Gensini scores， which was higher than that in the control group， （±） ug/L（P）， the CD147 level in peripheral blood in ASC patients was positively correlated with the LDL-C and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels and the correlation index was R=， P. Conclusion CD147 level has a close correlation with the degree of coronary stenosis of elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome.
