宫颈癌论文：整合素αvβ5在宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义 【中文摘要】探讨整合素αvβ5在宫颈癌中的表达,及其与宫颈癌血管生成的相关性。方法：采用免疫组织化学PV两步法,分别测定15例正常宫颈、15例宫颈原位癌、60例宫颈浸润癌组织中整合素αvβ5的表达及微血管密度(MVD-CD105)。结果：宫颈浸润癌整合素αvβ5的阳性表达与原位癌和正常宫颈比较有显著差异(P0.05)。CD105标记的宫颈浸润癌MVD与原位癌和正常宫颈比较差异显著(P0.01)。宫颈癌Ⅱ期整合素αvβ5的阳性表达和MVD分别与Ⅰ期比较,有统计学差异(P0.05)。组织学分级G1整合素αvβ5的阳性表达及MVD与G2、G3比较有明显差异(P0.05)。宫颈癌淋巴结转移组整合素αvβ5与无淋巴结转移组比较有明显差异(P0.05),而MVD比较无差异(P0.05),宫颈鳞癌整合素αvβ5和MVD的表达与腺癌相比均无显著差异(P0.05)。结论：随着宫颈癌病变程度及期别的增加,整合素αvβ5的表达逐渐增强,它可能通过介导血管生成途径参与宫颈癌发生、发展。 【英文摘要】:To evaluate the immunohistochemical expression of integrinαvβ5(INTαvβ5) in cervical cancer, and reveal the relevance between integrin avP5 and the angiogenesis of cervical carcinoma.Methods:In 15 normal cervical epithelia (NCE) cases,15 cervical carcinoma in situ (CIS) cases and 60 invasive cervical carcinoma (ICC) cases, immunohistochemical PV 2-step method was used to examine the expression levels of INTαvβ5 and MVD.Results:The expression level of INTαvβ5 was significantly higher in ICC than in CIS and NCE(P 0.05).The MVD was significantly higher in ICC than in CIS and NCE(P0.01), In comparsion to stageⅠICC, the expression levels of INTαvβ5 and MVD in stageⅡwere significantly different (P 0.05). In comparsion to Gl ICC,the MVD and the expression level of INTαvβ5 in G2 and G3 had significant difference(P 0.05). In comparsion to the ICC group which have no lymph nodal metastasis.the expression levels of INTαvβ5 in ICC with lymph node metastasis group were significantly different(P0.05),but the MVD has no significant difference(P0.05).The expression of INTαvβ5 and MVD between cervical squamous cell carcinoma and cervical adenocarcinoma has no significant difference (P0.05).Conclusion:With the degree and the period of cervical cancer increase,the expression of INTαvβ5 gradually strengthened, INTαvβ5 may participate in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer through mediating angiogenesis in cervical cancer. 【关键词】宫颈癌 整合素ανβ5 微血管密度CD105 【英文关键词】cervical carcinoma integrinανβ5 microvessa
