单片固定剂量复方制剂在心血管疾病防控中应用的中国专家共识工作组

摘要

我国心血管疾病患病人数呈持续上升趋势，积极管理心血管危险因素如高血压、血脂异常、糖尿病以及超重/

肥胖等，是遏制这种趋势的关键。多种心血管危险因素常共存于同一个体，对患者进行多重心血管危险因素综合达

标管理十分重要。近20年来，大量随机对照研究结果提示，降压药物联合、降脂药物联合、降糖药物联合以及降压

联合降脂、降糖联合降脂治疗，比单一危险因素管理能获得更多的心血管保护作用，由此，不同药理学成分组成的

降压、降胆固醇、降糖的单片固定剂量复方制剂（fixed-dosecombination，FDC）应运而生。此外，相关临床研究验证

了在心血管疾病一级预防和二级预防中，与自由联合药物（free-equivalentcombination，FEC）相比，FDC能显著提高

患者服药依从性、增加长期服药持续性、提高多重心血管危险因素控制达标率，从而使患者的心血管预后改善更显著。

基于循证证据，本专家共识提出，FDC可以成为我国更广泛人群进行心血管疾病预防的优化策略，推进临床医师在

临床实践中规范处方FDC将助力实现“健康中国2030规划”的目标。

Abstract

TheprevalenceofcardiovasculardiseaseinChinaisrisingandthekeyforcontainingthetrendistomanagethe

cardiovascularriskfactors,suchashypertension,dyslipidemia,diabetesandoverweight/obesity.Multiplecardiovascularrisk

factorsoftencoexistinonepatientanditisthusimportanttocomprehensivelymanagethesecoexistingriskfactors.Inthe

past20years,numerousrandomizedcontrolledtrialshavedemonstratedthatthecombinationofantihypertensivedrugs,lipid-

loweringdrugs,andhypoglycemicdrugs,aswellasthecombinationofantihypertensivedrugsandlipid-loweringdrugs,
