摘要

房屋建筑工程施工现场安全管理对整个项目的顺利按时推进至关重要，对于施工人员的人身安全具有重要的意义，对于企

业的财产安全具有很大的影响，因此我们在项目的施工过程中必须要提高施工现场安全管理的水平，主动作为及时发现项

目施工现场存在的安全隐患和问题，并及时进行处理，将安全隐患消除在萌芽状态，将施工现场发现的安全问题及时处

理，避免问题扩大化，引起更大的影响，造成更大的损失，确保整个项目安全高效的推进。本文就房屋建筑工程施工现场

安全管理问题与解决办法进行了详细深入地研究。
