摘要:分析纳雍电厂一厂在选择性非催化还原(SelectiveNon-CatalyticReduction,SNCR)脱硝过程中,尿
素溶液对锅炉水冷壁腐蚀的机理,包括酸性HCNO生成、NH3与铬的络合反应等。总结了水冷壁异常的5种主
要原因,并提出了6项应对措施,包括升级喷枪结构、加装防护装置、优化系统逻辑及联锁、提高运行管理水平、提
高运检水平等,旨在减少尿素溶液对水冷壁的腐蚀,规避泄漏风险,保障电力生产安全。强调解决锅炉“四管”
泄漏问题需找出根本原因,采取针对性预防措施和技术攻关。

Abstract:ThisarticleanalyzesthemechanismofcorrosionofboilerwaterwalltubesbyureasolutionduringSelectiveNon-
CatalyticReduction(SNCR)denitrificationprocessinNayongPowerPlantNo.1,includingthegenerationofacidicHCNOandthe
complexationreactionbetweenNH3andchromium.Fivemainreasonsforabnormalwaterwalltubesweresummarized,andsix
countermeasureswereproposed,includingupgradingthespraygunstructure,installingprotectivedevices,optimizingsystemlogicand
interlocking,improvingoperationalmanagementlevel,andenhancingoperationalinspectionlevel.Theaimistoreducethecorrosionof
ureasolutiononwaterwalltubes,preventleakagerisks,andensurethesafetyofpowerproduction.Emphasizingtheneedtoidentifythe
rootcauseofboiler“fourtube”leakageproblems,taketargetedpreventivemeasuresandtechnologicalbreakthroughs.
