analyzestheprinciplesandcharacteristicsofmainstreamdetectiontechnologiessuchaschromatographicanalysis,

spectroscopicanalysis,andbiosensing,andcomprehensivelyevaluatestheapplicationofthesetechnologiesinfood

testingandtheirkeyroleinensuringfoodqualityandsafety.Atthesametime,thisstudyobjectivelypointsoutthe

shortcomingsofexistingdetectiontechnologiesinsensitivity,costcontrol,andpersonnelquality,andexploresfuture

developmenttrendssuchasmultitechnologyintegration,rapiddetection,andintelligentdetection,inordertoprovide
