某化工企业生产废水处理工艺设计

摘要

在此设计中，化工企业中的废水被用作设计处理对象。根据废水的性质，结合相关文献设计了并比较了各种方法的优缺点。由于一部分废水污染物浓度过高，这导致它的可生化性很差，因此本设计需要进行预处理提高它的可生化性，再与其他废水混合后一起进行生化处理。因此，本设计最后决定采用Fenton法先对废水进行一个预处理后，然后在絮凝沉淀池调节pH后再与其他废水混合后再采用UASB和A/O联合生化工艺处理，使出水达到达到《污水综合排放标准》（GB8978-1996）三级排放标准后排入该单位的化工园区进行进一步处理。在此过程在产生污泥采用重力浓缩法处理后再进行压滤外运。

Abstract

Inthisdesign,wastewaterfromthechemicalcompanyisusedasthedesigntreatmentobject.Accordingtothenatureofthewastewater,theadvantagesanddisadvantagesofvariousmethodsaredesignedandcomparedincombinationwiththerelevantliterature.Duetothehighconcentrationofpollutantsinsomewastewater,whichleadstoitspoorbiochemicalproperties,thisdesignrequirespretreatmenttoimproveitsbiochemistry,andthenmixedwithotherwastewaterforbiochemicaltreatment.Therefore,thedesignfinallydecidedtousetheFentonmethodtofirstpretreatthewastewater,andthenaftertheflocculationsedimentationtankadjustedthepHandthenmixedwithotherwastewater,itwastreatedbyUASBandA/Ocombinedbiochemicalprocess,sothattheeffluentreachedtheSewageComprehensiveDischargeStandard(GB8978-1996)three-leveldischargestandardanddischargedintothechemicalparkoftheunitforfurthertreatment.Inthisprocess,thesludgeistreatedbygravityconcentrationbeforethefiltrationistransported.
